This short blue porcelain vase was hand made in Jingdezhen, the renowned ceramics capital of China. It is part of a range of tableware by an artisan ceramicist who specialises in creating glazes with variable colouring that require heat of around 1250°C. The inside is glazed in dark grey with a graphite sheen.
This special porcelain vase has a cool, lake blue finish and a subtle matt glaze that make it a beautiful yet understated addition to any room or hallway.
The vase measures 6.5cm in diameter and is 13.5cm high. (Sizes vary a little as these items are hand made.)
