Originating in the Dongbei Province of Northern China, this deep blue, pine sideboard dates around 1920. It has been restored in an artisanal workshop in Beijing bringing back its original beauty.
This medium cabinet has three ample upper drawers and large internal space accessed by three main compartments. As part of the restoration, the piece was given a new removable inner shelf, making the storage compartment more flexible. The cabinet provides more space inside than it appears outside. The rich, deep blue colour with lightly distressed appearance makes this a stunning statement piece for the home.
These sideboards are ideal for storage and work well in an entrance hallway, as part of a dining kitchen area or as a linen closet.
