These beautiful little teacups are crafted in Jingdezhen, the renowned ceramics capital of China. It is part of a range of tableware by an artisan ceramicist specialising in variable colour glazes.
These earthy little cups are handmade, and uniquely, fired in wood-stoked traditional kilns to effect the special finish. Inside the cup there is a perfect concentric circle revealing the artisanal process from the potter's wheel. Each piece has four small indentations on the outside created for finger placements.
Measuring 6.7 cm in diameter and is 5cm high. (Sizes vary a little as these items are handmade.)
