Join Rouge founder Yang Lei and Dr Katie Best  executive business coach for the second in a series of Small/Micro Business Coaching Circles. 

Held on Tuesday 20th June 6:30-8:30pm, In the beautiful surroundings of Rouge shop and event space this is an informal evening of networking, refreshments, and a special presentation by Dr Katie Best on ‘Key Aspects of Pricing and Profitbility in Your Small Business’. 

In this coaching circle workshop, Katie will talk you through key aspects of pricing and profitability which you can use to analyse whether you've got pricing right. We'll look at common pricing strategies, budgeting your time, and how to work out if you're making (enough of) a profit. 

There will also be plenty of time to talk about your business and seek advice and the confidence to take action from the coaching circle. We'll stay focused on how to help you make moves to develop your business.

Katie Best is an executive coach with over fifteen years’ experience working alongside business owners, entrepreneurs, and senior leaders. Katie’s practice enables leaders to develop their own skillset, helping them navigate their messiest problems. She's friendly and approachable and her goal is to empower leaders, who can in turn support their businesses to thrive.  

Katie holds a PhD in Management, Strategy and Leadership from King’s College London Business School, where she continues as a Visiting Research Fellow. She is also a Visiting Fellow at London School of Economics and is Head Tutor on their MBA Essentials programme.  She was previously MBA Director at BPP, where her design and delivery of the MBA Legal Services won two significant sector awards. Her award-winning research has been published in top-ranked management and leadership journals and she continues to apply data-led insights to her work with leaders, taking the guesswork out of leadership development. Katie is regularly asked to speak at events on leadership and related topics and is currently applying her love of creative writing to a book about solving messy leadership problems.
