Summer Gong Bath | June 8th, 7-8:30pm

Mid-summer is a time of fullness, vitality, and radiant energy. We bask in the golden light of long days and warm evenings. This is a season of abundance, celebration, and deep connection to the natural world. To honour this vibrant phase of the year and support our inner expansion, we will gather to experience the powerful and nourishing sounds of four magnificent gongs, supported by other carefully chosen sound healing instruments.

In this gong bath ceremony we will be able to release what is holding us back, immerse ourselves in beautiful sound scapes that allow our minds and bodies to rest, and take us on journeys of consciousness to places we may never have been to before. Sound healing happens on many levels, mind, body, and spirit. It is deeply relaxing and energising, and brings balance to our whole being. Mats, cushions and blankets are provided.

There will be tea and an opportunity to share at the end.

Kaja is passionate about supporting people in their journey of holistic healing and personal development. Her sound healing practice, Liberating Sounds, is informed by her background in physics, compassion based communications and by her own healing journey.

She is certified by the College of Sound Healing, and a registered member of the CMA (Complementary Medical Association).

Kaja uses mainly gongs, voice and tuning forks and works one-on-one and with groups.

She embraces the transformative power of healing sounds that can take us beyond our stories, and allow us to connect with ourselves and each other from the heart.
