In this calm and relaxing group workshop, Nadien invites you to slow down and take pleasure in the joy of creating something with your own hands with some simple equipments. You’ll be introduced to the art of visible mending, and Nadien shares her knowledge and skills on how to repair your favourite piece of clothing with beautiful Sashiko stitching techniques or darning artworks.
This creative workshop is intended as a jumping-off point, to just dive in and have a go. You don’t need any prior sewing experience and all sewing equipment will be provided along with some refreshments. Simply come as you are with what you like to bring, and together, we can dip into the art of slow making.
