Sage Sake Cup

This Japanese-made ceramic sake cup has a beautifully textured Nagashi glaze, two shades of green, the darker has a crackle finish and the lighter is shot through with brown flecks. Handcrafted, the sides of the cup have been modestly pinched during throwing, creating two indentations for the finger and thumb to secure a hold. 

This special, purpose-made piece has an accompanying sake jug to purchase separately.

It measures 5cm in diameter at its widest and is about 4cm high.
