Autumn Equinox is a time of balance, when day and night meet as equals and we begin our gentle transition into the quieter, darker months.
It is a time to slow down, turn inward and reflect — to gather what has nourished us, let go of what we no longer need, and prepare ourselves for the season of rest ahead.
We will be honouring this transition through the practice of the slow and sensual Chadao Tea Ceremony.
In this intimate Tea Ceremony we are going to use the Medicine of Tea for flushing out the toxins from the body, quieting the mind and turning inward. With Tea healing happens on many levels - mind, body and spirit. It brings peace and harmony to our life and inner balance that we all crave for.
There will be an opportunity to share at the end.

Lera has been a devoted Student of the Leaf for many years. For centuries, Tea in the form of Chadao Practice has been used by Daoist Sages and Buddhist Monks for alchemy and transformation. Lera holds sacred spaces with the Medicine of Tea in Chadao tradition of Global Tea Hut, facilitating journeys from the head to the heart, to the intimacy of life itself. Tea as a sacred plant medicine creates this space for us to drop into the heart and just be.
