Please join us at Rouge for a special event with acclaimed cook and author Fuchsia Dunlop as she celebrates the release of her latest book, Five Tastes: The Magic of Flavour in a Chinese Kitchen.

Rouge founder Lei will join Fuchsia in an intimate conversation to explore the book, the art of Chinese cooking, and the philosophy of flavour.

There will be a chance of tasting of a couple of cold dishes from the book. And fuchsia will be signing any book purchased at the end of the event.
