Vintage Chinese Elm Four Legged Round Stool

This rustic four legged wooden Chinese stool is from Shanxi province and dates from the 1940s. It has been lightly restored in an artisanal workshop, leaving the piece a wonderful textured appearance. This stool works well in a range of interiors, for seating, pot plants or decorative purposes.

More than just a seat, these characterful antique stools work really well in a variety of rooms, for seating or decorative purposes. Relatively compact, they are well suited to smaller rooms or passageways such a bathroom, hallway or little even those little spaces crying out for a seat.
